Andrew Hammersley
Goalkeeper #21
Hammersley (Garden City, NY) joins Westchester SC from Sacred Heart University, where he played 33 matches and earned NEC All-Tournament Team honors in 2023. Before SHU, he spent two seasons at Stonehill College, earning Third Team All-NE10 selection in 2021.

Dane Jacomen
Goalkeeper #1
Jacomen (Pittsburgh, PA) played at the University of Pennsylvania, making 24 appearances and earning Philadelphia Soccer Six honors. He previously played for Evergreen FC and West Chester United in USL League Two before signing with Loudoun United in the USL Championship.
Defenders

Tobi Adewole
Defender #2
Adewole (Cheverly, MD) played at George Washington University before starting his pro career with the Pittsburgh Riverhounds in 2017. He has since played for clubs in USL and Germany, including Phoenix Rising, Indy Eleven, and Greifswalder FC.

Andrew Jean-Baptiste
Defender #35
Jean-Baptiste (Brooklyn, NY) was the 8th overall pick in the 2012 MLS SuperDraft after a standout career at UConn. He has played in MLS, Sweden, and Canada and represented both the U.S. and Haitian national teams.

Kemar Lawrence
Defender #92
Lawrence is a Jamaican international left back known for his pace and aggressive defending. He has played for New York Red Bulls, Anderlecht, Toronto FC, and Minnesota United while making over 75 appearances for Jamaica.

Stephen Payne
Defender #22
Payne (Birmingham, AL) played five seasons in Portugal before returning to the U.S. with Richmond Kickers and Forward Madison. He brings international experience and defensive versatility to Westchester SC.

Bobby Pierre
Defender #4
Pierre (Fort Lauderdale, FL) is a former Real Monarchs defender who spent two seasons with Strasbourg in France before returning to MLS Next Pro in 2022. He has represented Haiti at the U-17 level in CONCACAF and FIFA tournaments.

Noah Powder
Defender #66
Powder (Edison, NJ) began with New York Red Bulls II and won the 2019 USL Championship with Real Monarchs. He has played for several USL clubs and represents Trinidad and Tobago internationally.

Rashid Tetteh
Defender #12
Tetteh (Accra, Ghana) played collegiately at High Point University before stints with Carolina Dynamo, New Mexico United, and FC Tulsa. He has also earned international experience with the Ghana National Team.
Midfielders

Daniel Bouman
Midfielder #8
Bouman (Blaricum, Netherlands) is a former Australian youth international who played in the A-League, Greece’s second division, and Australia’s NSW league, where his team won the championship. A product of FC Groningen’s academy, he earned eight caps and scored two goals for Australia’s U-23 team.

Dean Guezen
Midfielder #10
Guezen (Amsterdam, Netherlands) has played professionally for Zagłębie Sosnowiec in Poland, PEC Zwolle, and TOP Oss in the Netherlands. The 26-year-old developed in the academies of AFC, Ajax, and Feyenoord before beginning his pro career in 2020.

Joel Johnson
Midfielder #5
Johnson (Torrent, Spain) is a right-back who has played eight seasons in USL League One, most recently with Charlotte Independence. A Valencia FC academy product, he previously played for Real Madrid C and Real Jaén and has represented Liberia internationally since 2016.

Conor McGlynn
Midfielder #6
McGlynn (Middle Village, NY) played four years at Siena College, making 75 appearances and recording 7 goals and 16 assists. He signed with Hartford Athletic in 2020 and played three seasons before joining Rhode Island FC in 2024.

Bryan Vasquez
Forward #11
Vasquez (El Salvador) made his professional debut with FC Cincinnati 2 in MLS NEXT Pro in 2024. The 18-year-old midfielder has also earned two caps for El Salvador’s U-20 national team in the 2024 Concacaf U-20 Championship.
Forwards

Koen Blommestijn
Forward #9
Blommestijn (Amstelveen, Netherlands) developed in the youth systems of Legmeervogels, SV Argon, and AFC Ajax before making his professional debut with FC Volendam in 2022. He has since played for Telstar, Quick Boys, and returned to FC Volendam last season.

Jonathan Bolanos
Forward #17
Bolanos (Miramar, FL) was a standout at High Point University before joining the Richmond Kickers in 2020, setting the USL League One single-season assist record with 11 in 2022. He spent the last two seasons with Huntsville City, scoring six goals in 23 appearances.

Ermin Mackic
Forward #18
Mackic (Yonkers, NY) starred at SUNY Purchase in 2023, leading the Skyline Conference in goals and assists while earning Rookie of the Year honors. He has played for FC Sandžak, Westchester United U-19s, and FK Novi Pazar before making his pro debut in Montenegro with FK Jezero in 2024.

JC Obregon
Forward #29
Obregon (New York, NY) won the 2023 USL Championship Players’ Shield with Pittsburgh Riverhounds after previously playing for FC Motagua and Hartford Athletic, where he scored 15 goals. He represented Honduras in the 2021 Olympic Qualifiers and Tokyo Olympics, scoring in both tournaments.

Samory Powder
Forward #7
Powder (Edison, NJ), the 2022 USL League Two Player of the Year, started with the NY Red Bulls Academy and later starred for the Hudson Valley Hammers. A Trinidad and Tobago international, he also played for Portland Timbers U18/19 and earned All-Horizon League honors at Detroit Mercy.

Prince Saydee
Forward #15
Saydee (Monrovia, Liberia) joins from Charleston Battery after starting 2024 with Rhode Island FC and has previously played for Miami FC, Phoenix Rising, and Hartford Athletic. He made his international debut for Liberia in 2013, appearing in World Cup qualifying matches.
Technical Staff

Dave Carton
Head Coach
Carton comes to WSC following a successful tenure with the Charlotte Independence, where he was instrumental in leading the team to multiple playoff appearances. His roles included Technical Director of the Independence Academy, First Team Assistant Coach, and Head Coach of Charlotte’s USL League Two team. During his time in Charlotte, Carton helped guide the team to the League One Championship game in 2023.

Sean Reilly
Assistant Coach
Reilly joins Westchester SC from Manhattanville College, where he was head men’s soccer coach in 2024. Previously, he spent five seasons as an assistant coach at Manhattan College, helping the team reach the playoffs four times and develop 10 All-MAAC players, including 2022 Defensive Player of the Year Nassim Akki. A former collegiate player at Bryant and St. Thomas Aquinas, he later played professionally in Ireland as well as in the USL Championship.

Flavio Grava
Performance Coach
Grava joins from FC Tulsa, where he was Director of Sports Performance. Previously, he served as Director of Sports Science for Memphis 901 FC and spent 12 years with Corinthians Paulista in Brazil. At Corinthians, he contributed to three Brazilian league titles, the 2012 Copa Libertadores and FIFA Club World Cup, and the 2013 Recopa Sudamericana.

Gary Philpott
Assistant Coach
Philpott joined the staff as head Goalkeeping Coach after handling similar roles with New York GAA, NY International Football Club, Lansdowne Yonkers Football Club, and as Head Academy Coach for Soccer Superstars. Gary played professionally for six seasons with Cork City FC before entering the coaching ranks.

Sara Hess
Player Development Coach
Hess is one of the most decorated members of Westchester SC’s technical staff. A former UConn soccer star, USWNT World Cup champion, and Olympic silver medalist, she now excels as a leading sports psychologist. As a strategic advisor for Westchester SC, she leverages her expertise as both an elite athlete and mental health professional to help players navigate the psychological demands of competition.
